Reservation & Cancellation Policy

To ensure each guest receives the dedicated attention and Solo Sanctuary experience they deserve, Lushy Skin operates on a strictly managed schedule.  By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms:

• Deposit & Card on File. A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure your reservation, which will be credited toward your treatment on the day of service. For services under $50, a valid credit card must be securely kept on file to hold your appointment time.

• 24-Hour Notice Required: We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests so we may open the time slot to other guests.

• Early Cancellations (24+ Hours): Your $50 deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled future booking as a one-time courtesy.

• Late Cancellations (Under 24 Hours): Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will forfeit the $50 deposit. For services secured with a card on file under $50, a late fee equal to the full service amount will be charged.

• No-Shows: Guests who miss their appointment without notice forfeit their deposit or will be charged 100% of the service fee to the card on file. Full prepayment will be required for future bookings.

• Late Arrivals: Treatments begin and end precisely at the scheduled time. Arriving late may result in a shortened service to avoid interrupting the next guests sanctuary experience, while the full value of the service remains due.
