Reservation & Cancellation Policy

To ensure that each guest receives the dedicated time and "Solo Sanctuary" experience they deserve, we operate on a strictly managed schedule. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms:

The Deposit A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your reservation. This amount will be credited toward your service on the day of your appointment.

24-Hour Notice We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

• Cancellations with 24+ hours' notice: Your $50 deposit may be transferred to a future booking (one-time courtesy).

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice: The $50 deposit will be forfeited as a late-cancellation fee to compensate for the reserved time.

• No-Shows: Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled time without notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to prepay in full for future bookings.

Late Arrivals Your treatment will begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to avoid interrupting the next guest's experience, while the full value of the service will still apply.
